A combination of light touch, aromatherapy, Red Light Therapy, grounding, meditation, and sound therapy can be utilized to realign your Charka centers and leave you feeling lighter and whole. Reiki is most effective when experienced consistently over time. This multi-session package is designed to support your healing on a deeper level—allowing your mind, body, and spirit to gradually release blockages, restore energetic balance, and build resilience. Each session gently builds upon the last, helping you experience greater clarity, emotional peace, physical relaxation, and spiritual alignment. Whether you're working through stress, chronic tension, energetic stagnation, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, ongoing sessions provide the space and support needed for meaningful transformation. ✨ Available in-person or virtually – distance Reiki is just as powerful and allows you to receive healing from the comfort of your own space.
