Community Events

I believe it’s important to offer accessible community meditations because everyone deserves a space to slow down, breathe, and find peace — no matter who they are, what they believe or level of experience. In today’s fast-paced world, it can be hard to take time for ourselves, and having a welcoming space to connect and recharge can make a real difference. By making meditation available and approachable for all, my goal is to help build a sense of community, healing, and mindfulness that extends beyond the session and into everyday life.

Donation Based

Offering donation-based or volunteer-led meditation sessions is an empowering way to bring this practice into the community. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress hormones like cortisol, improve focus and emotional regulation, and even strengthen neural connections linked to learning, empathy, and resilience. Many communities lack access to these benefits, often due to limited resources or exposure. By making meditation accessible, we can help individuals and communities cultivate greater well-being, resilience, and balance through a simple, evidence-based, and transformative practice.

April-November

As weather permits meditations are held at Ocker Park in Garrett Indiana. You will find me there meditating by the pond. Come out with your mats or blankets, or a chair and sit with us for a moment of stillness in nature. Every 2nd Saturday at 10am.
