Sound Bath
Meditations
I offer guided group meditations in Fort Wayne, Garrett, and Columbia City, where you can take time to relax, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each session is designed for comfort with cozy mats, cushions, pillows, blankets, and eye covers to help you feel at ease. Through the calming sounds of brass and crystal singing bowls, drums, and other soothing instruments, I gently guide you with words and sound to create a peaceful, healing experience for your mind and body.
Meditation has been a meaningful part of my own journey, helping me find balance and calm in everyday life and I love sharing that same sense of peace with others. Whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced for years, you’re always welcome to come as you are and simply enjoy the stillness. I hope to bring group meditations to the community to make it more accessible for all.
