Unsure of what Reiki is an are curious of its potential benefits in your life? This option allows you for a one-time session without the commitment of a 3 session package if you are not ready. You will be able to immerse yourself into a state of relaxation and healing with an opportunity to dive into an alternative way to heal and relax. A combination of modalities can be utilized in person or virtually. *NOTE: For best results more than one session is recommended.

Need Different Availability? If you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I understand that life can be busy, and I’m happy to offer flexibility whenever possible. Send me a message, and I’ll do my best to accommodate a time that aligns with your needs.
